Actually, looking at the hub in relationship with the rim, it looks like the wheel is distorted from the side loading. I had a friend that ran slaloms with an MG TA back in the early '70s who said he could hear the spokes stretch when he pushed it overly hard.

yes generic cyclecar speedster but Tweenie had a sizaire naudin type front suspension .
Apparently sold by Dunhill (of tobacco fame) in England.
One source suggests this was a Dunhill mascot.

15219614_1335206639857001_194603944487401149_n.jpg From The Vintage Sports car club Victoria(Australia... http://vintagesportscarclub.org.au/)A highlight from this years Geelong Revival was Brendan Dillon's stunning custom GN V2 special, which competed on Sunday. Who else made it down to check out the eclectic mix of cars competing and on display?

Brendan's car is powered by a custom built (by the owner) 6.2 litre air cooled V2, using cylinders from a 9 cylinder aircraft engine coupled to a bespoke crankcase assembly.

That's nice. It would be neat to hear that 378 cu in V twin running down the road.
