Picked this up 2 weeks ago. 89,000 original miles. The prev owner was building it for his father-in-law and did a TON of work to make is a legit daily driver. 12 volt conversion, all new wiring, new breaks, new bed, all gauges, lights, carb, updated wipers. Too much to list. Unfortunately his father-in-law got aggressive Alzheimer's just as the truck was being finished and he had to sale it to pay for care. I have put 900 miles on it in 15 days. I plan on driving the snot out of it, and lowering it a few inches. As I replaced the glove box yesterday the original build sheet/order form from the dealership fell out. it was on the outside of the box on top. It's now laminated and wall art in my shop!

 

54 & 55's used the same grille, 54's had the 2 piece rear window and shorter windows in the doors, 55's had a larger one piece rear window and the door glass drops down a bit further
