Is there still a checkbox for signature/no?

You used to be able to preview and uncheck the signature crap when replying, but now I don't see that option.

 

Click on the "head & shoulders" icon at the top of this page to open your profile menu. Then click on "PREFERENCES". Scroll down the list a bit and you should see a check box for "Show people's signatures with their messages".
