How do I stop all the threads on my e-mail

I think I turn almost everthing off but still keep getting all new post to my phone almost 60 today !! Need help !

 

Hey Jeff, go to http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/account/preferences and make sure the "and receive e-mail" boxes are unchecked.

Let me know if you have any trouble!

 

They are all uncheck and still getting E-mails on my phone every time a new post comes on in my e-mail account

 

Still having problems with it all the new posts keep coming in my e- mail with all the boxes that you said to uncheck !
