I need a buick parts supplier, anybody no who sells buick parts.
I have got stuff from these guys, good people
I've never bought from here but they seem to have a good reputation:
Classic Buicks .com
Oddly, Corvair.com (Clark's Corvair) carries some parts
See this link:
I ve read a guy named Dave Tacheny has many parts . Just Google his name, you ll find.
Russ at Centerville auto if it's for Nailhead stuff
look in Hemmings Motor News
kanter for brakes, pumps, ect..
Dave concentrates on '37-38 Buicks. He does have some parts for later models though but I don't know how much. He's a nice guy to deal with. Best time to try to reach him is after 6pm CST.
I didn t know. I though he had parts for the other years too, but I have a 38, so ...
check the buick farm, doug has many items!!!
Does Wheatland sound right too? The name came to my mind fast on some Buick stuff.
Any one have a better way of getting in touch with Dave Tacheny ?? His number is no longer in service.
What number are you trying? The latest I have for him is 763-427-3460, again, best time to call him is after 6 pm CST

what do you need? maybe someone here on the HAMB has it.
Was able to talk to Dave yesterday thanks. I'm looking for the flap that goes over the rear doors windows on my 1937 buick 4 door convertible. This flap moves up and down with the glass, and when the window is down it covers the gap in the window channel. I only need the flap, I have the part that mounts to the door.

I'll piggyback this thread, as I'm looking to possibly contact Dave T. as well. Looking for a '39 front crossmember, (if Buick's the same as Pontiac)
