New floor and transmission cover installed. And a new transmission shifter. Also put in a new trunk floor.
It's getting there, lots of stuff to do yet. Install carpet, seat, cowl vent, kick panels, hook up radio etc. etc. etc...
Up for a visit in Duncan. Thanks for bringing her up Keith. Sent from my iPhone using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
Yes, the Bloody Mary is looking good and running strong. Keith and John have done a great job bringing this local legend back to life.
Feb. 25, 2017. We took the Bloody Mary out for a approx. 100 mile round trip shakedown run today. It ran good, lots of power, steering and brakes excellent, no rattles, no weird noises coming from drivetrain. Rides really nice. Even the heater worked good! It was a fun trip.
Took it out for about a 40 mile round trip cruise today, seems to run better every time we take it out.
Took her out for another cruise today, this is Oly a previous owner of the Chevbucket in the seventies giving her the thumbs up seal of approval.
From left to right Jake, Keith and Ron, three local area hotrodders out cruising in the Bloody Mary again today!
Thanks Joe, Keith intends to drive it a lot. He has put about 800 miles on it already since he got it back on the road. Thanks for all the likes!!
With all the attention the Bloody Mary has been getting lately Gloria was feeling neglected so we took her out for a nice long drive today.
H.A.M.B. member Internet's new ride he is working on. Looks to be a 28 or 29 Ford roadster. Richard can we come and see it someday?
Because the top is chopped on the Mary it made it kind of hard to see traffic lights so Keith installed this traffic light viewer. He let me drive the car today works good!
My buddy tried one in his chopped 34 sedan and said it didn't help him much. Probably due to the 4 1/2" chop and flat windshield. Joe
