TurboHaddix, could you go into detail on the V12 on Megasquirt? I haven't found a completed & successful application yet. I'm hoping to get some guidance since I'm considering just this setup for an old Mercedes coupe. Thanks in advance, looking forward to hearing from you.

Fuel injection would be a lot easier. That being said you pop the hood at a show with the v10 sitting there with a hand built intake and 10 carbs would attract a lot of attention, not that it wouldnt anyway.

  10. Very interesting read. I dont have a viper V10 but I do own the very first 2500 Ram V10 ever sold (order# ---001) Bought it brand new. Waited 7 long anxious months for it to be made and delivered.(It came march 1994) Now almost 16 years later i still love it. Problems ? zero. Mileage over 20 to the Canadian Imperial gallon at 70 mph on the highway. 1/4 mile times 15.84 at 86 MPH. The viper will be all that and more. My younger brother also had a Ram V10 , 1995. he wrote it off in a snowstorm avoiding a truck ahead and is putting the complete drivetrain into a 50 Dodge 3/4 truck. All the best on your project. I too would also rework the stock intake maifolds for carb mountings if i wanted to do what you want. It would be hard not to have some mounted in a day. Machine the ribs off, bore the holes drill thread and install the studs and bolt the carbs on . And as mentioned block the ends where the throttle bodies are. And that is already a crossram in case no one noticed.

Saw a V-12 Lamborghini in a T bucket in NC last year.
    V10 Viper sounds cool.
