[]This Impala is an unmolested 84,000 mile California car. Sold new at Daily Chevrolet in San Leandro, CA. Never wrecked, never rusted. Ciadella seat covers and a $700 repro dash pad in an otherwise original interior. The mylar on the driver's seat back is showing wear. Bottom of front seat could use new foam. Wavy door panels can be straightened, but I never got around to it. Rechromed bumpers, polished stainless, and an Imron paint job that looks just as good as the day that I finished painting, sanding and buffing her 16 years ago. Hubcaps have been restored, and shine like crazy, but I did put a couple small dings in them 235 Powerglide, power steering, power brakes, tinted and shaded glass. Trunk has original cardboards and mat in great shape, plus a never used matching spare. The head has been rebuilt, but it still needs rings due to excessive blow by, and oil use. The tires are 16 years old, but not dry rotted. It needs a muffler, and an alignment. There's nickle and dime stuff that needs tended to,(axle seals leak, as does the P/S slave cylinder, and transmission-NOT the front seal!) but this is one of the cleanest '59 Impalas that you're gonna find. It would appear that everybody that has a '60 Buick Coupe is gonna hang on to theirs. This has proven to be a very difficult search. Everything online worth having was sold two years ago. PULL YOUR ADS!
