This just keeps getting better and better. At this rate, you'll be finished just in time for a feature in the next Rodders Journal.
I've always been a custom guy along the lines of 'long, low and (usually) slow'. When I first saw the thread title I was drawn in by the thought of a Model A current custom build with the 60's show vibe. Well I must say that you've officially blown this old fat man's mind! Awesome vision and ability to follow through. Tim
I continue to love everything that's going on here. Did you stitch that seat? Whoever did, did a damn fine job. I've been practicing sewing again recently and I can imagine how much effort that particular piece took.
Moore Kustom Upholstery did my seat. I bought a sewing machine and have been learning. I sewed all the pleats for my door panels and bound my carpet.
Wow! Absolutely awesome build! Just found this and read through it. I like how you've used stuff that would have been done in the early 60's, without it being just like every other car. Never would have thought to start with a Model A to begin with, not to mention all the cool stuff you've integrated AND made work. Devin
Cool. Maybe you want to check Jaska Velin's car (currently for sale in Finland) https://www.nettiauto.com/ford/a-model/13706235 and also "The Juxtapod" from Norway. https://www.thejuxtapod.com/
Man everything you work on is first class. As nice as it is I would be sure to have a fire extinguisher mounted someplace handy.
I've been watching the process for a while. You have a kool old man traditional 60's style that you don't see very often. Very impressed with the build. I thought it would be tough to build something kooler than your truck. I think you have done it. Cant wait to see it in person.
