Alan, Are you planning on blocking anymore rooms at the Holiday Inn? I just called and the rooms were filled already! All of my car club guys are staying there. They told me $127 a night because the block was filled.
I changed my reservation from Billetproof to government,saved a couple bucks too!! I know its only one room but if anyone else is eligible for the government rate it might free up somemore rooms.
There isnt going to be a "organized" pre-party. The experience from last year was a bad one. The city pulled some BS with our parking, the club that the party was at wasnt the best....and not a lot of people went anyway.
The parking lot of the host hotel will work just fine for a pre party.plus there wont be any drunk driving you only have to stumble back to your room.
The parking lot(s) will be hopping... These hotels will be more like BPFL1 and 2... the Hotels are away from the downtown... I think you guys will like them.
