    Do they still make it?

I'm not talking about mirrored crap with blue sparkles. I'm talking about see through, blue tint.

    Anybody?

  3. There's a place here in Anaheim called Mikes Window Tint, that has blue, green, yellow, orange, chrome, white, and he'll mix anything you want like flames, checkered, bubbles, stars.

  4. Usually, washing a film-tinted window with an ammonia product will give you blue tinting, whether you want it or not!!

  5. If you find some use it carefully and slowly. It is really easy to end up with much darker windows that you intended. The one that I used also tended to run if it wasn't REALLY dry between coats.

I used some spray on blue tint in the late 60s that said you need to start at the top of the window and let it run to the bottom. I tried it , it came out pretty good .

  7. It's as close as your nearest auto parts store. Gila still makes it. I just did my rear windows this spring I think I got mine from summit for about $13.

Mine was blue back in the 70's. I used plexiglass for all but the fronts.
