pictures are bad (phone) but the car is an old race/lake car 32 frame, 1961 fiberglass 27' shell, solid dana 44 axle, air craft seat frames, I put in a cosworth 4 with mild speed parts and tempest t-10 tranny, hand clutch, hand shift, the whole car stands just under your knees, and you sit way down in it
cosworth ohc 4 cyl, alum block, came in vega's and monza, hei ignition, offy intake, 36 grill cut in half tilted sideways and welded together, chevy
cool, hurry up with those better pics. hand clutch? like a motorcycle lever on the steering wheel or?
chrome model a park brake handle, left side of steering, the ratcheting mechanism works to hold the clutch when idling
Come on Scott, I can draw better pictures than that. Get a couple of decent shots of that beast. Looks SCARY! I like it. Names appropriate I'd say. (or maybe you could call it spleenshaker). Talk at ya later.
thats Bad lookin allright- I have a dumb question.. how can you fill the cooling system with that radiator only half as tall as the block?
The other 'Boneshaker' is a motorcycle with a corvair engine. He was stopped at 150 and was in second gear (a 4 speed).
the radiator can be filled at the block, (intake) pictures on the way tomorrow I'll give you some other stuff
Is that a full sized model or are you planning to fuck with the old guys in the Early Ford V8 Club at the Ford Picnic with that monster. That's one time I'd be taking pictures of facial expressions rather than of cars. MAKE IT RUN!
[ QUOTE ] Well, You've suceeded so far! [/ QUOTE ] I just spit cola all over laughing at that one -- Speednazi - I want to see some better pics of the "hand clutch" very interesting, how do you clutch, shift, steer while driving?
