Formerly Hawkins Garage, the garage has been around since the 1920s and is now the home of Taylor Street Rods. TSR owner Dale Taylor has been the garages ace mechanic since 1971. Dale, a 45 year hot rod veteran will be featuring hot rods from his own collection plus those of his friends and family. Hey Guys, Here are some photos from today. We are trying to clean the place up and get ready for the open house. Some of the photos are of some very cool old parts boxes. The old designs are soooooooo cool. My Dad and Oscar also dug up a complete set of brand new hub caps. They have never been put on a car and I don't think the they have seen the light of day for years. My Dad has been at the shop since 1972 and has never seen them before. I think this is the top find so far. It's a clear plastic poster or window cling for Sun scoops. They found two of them! Thanks, Sean

We're trying. Doing another "cleaning" this Saturday. Denise is contacting the Sheriff's today to see about reserving as much parking around the shop as possible.

Finger is good! We got the City to reserve some parking on the street!! I'd like to keep it to old cars... we'll have to see what the turn-out ends up being.
