  15. Looks like a good time, will it always be the same weekend as the Thaw, or is this just a re-schedule? I'd like to make it down sometime.

  17. Well shot Acrochicken, thanks. The only thing missing at the show was a dude selling sombreros and sunscreen. I'm toasted.

I thought the show was well run. didn't hear of any real complaints. It was worth the wait from Ike destoying the first one. Lots of nice hand made trophy's that I think Andrian for the Los Cocinos made most of the wood ones. The Korsairs had a kickass handmade trophy that was the green hand. I think the people that won the trophy's were deserving. I wanted to win the raffle for the space age vaccum cleaner that Adrian made ,but no luck. I want to thank the young lady that Insisted I buy a ticket from her in the 50/50 jar. She was pretty easy on the eyes to boot.I won! I tryed spending most of it with the vendors before I left to spread the wealth. I gave the young lady that sold me the ticket some money to buy beer for all the girls that help put it on when they went to the Continental Club. I now have enough to buy some primer to finish the buick. Cheap primer anyway. It was a very good show. Lots of cars I'd never seen. The bands were kcikass too. I talked with the guy that played the morrocas and stainless steel pipe like a wild man. He was a very humble guy. If this was last years show ,what is the date for this years show? Good job folks! WOW....... Great pics. That blue deuce sedan and John Joyo's old Merc pick-up have always been two of my favorites. Gary
