Does anyone have a source for Weiand manifold part numbers from the 50's and 60's? I'm looking for a listing that will help in identifying manifolds when we find them and they aren't easily identifiable. Thanks.
My 1961 Honest Charlies speed parts catalog has some Weiand manifolds with #s The Olds 3 deuce should be WO-3 (3 bolt carb) WO-3D (4 bolt carb) If you have a number and type...3-2s, 6-2 log or blower etc., I should be able to find it. They are spread all over the book.
Be careful there cos according to my 65 1/2 Weiand catalog a Buick triple manifold is Model No.WB 3D BUT if an A follows the WB 3D it's a 53-56(264-322 cubes), if it's a B it's 57-61(364 cubes) and a C means it's 59-65 for the 401. All of Phil's parts which he made have a Model No and a part number which is a 4 digit number.Part numbers for the Buick triples were WB 3D A Part No. 7280 53-56 264 and 322 cu. in. WB 3D B " " 7281 57-61 364 cu. in. WB 3D C " " 7282 59-65 401 " " The catalog also has the part numbers for Cragar trans adapters too. Wish when I was in the States in 1966 that I'd had enough sense to buy a Halibrand quick-change center section for the advertised price of $178.50 with ring, pinion and one gearchange!! LOL swifty
