Jim Leis, blown49 made some cad drawings of both the early and late model flathead engines. I bought these years ago with the idea of having them framed on my garage walls whenever I finally finish the drywall and painted the work bay. Here it is 6 years later and it finally happened. Don't make fun of my curtains either. If anyone knew Jim he was just a great great guy. Quiet, friendly, helpful and flathead engines ran through his blood. He built a beautiful 49 with a blown flathead. I miss him..... I installed the early flathead drawing but decided to auction off the second one which is the late model 49-53 engine. Very well done. This is just for the drawing and not the framing. ONE DRAWING The auction will last 3 weeks. Final date and time is April, 18th at 5:00 eastern standard time. Shipping is provided by me. All proceeds go to the Hamb. Drawing measures 30"x20"
If it wasn't for bad luck I wouldn't have no luck at all, but it seems a few bucks sometimes makes up for it. Thanks, PJ.
