I saw this car at the Ferguson's shop before it was restored. I thought it was magnificent then. It is a piece of art now. Thanks for posting the pictures.

Pardon my stupidity, but is the reason for the mercury graphic that the motor is an old merc straight 6?

  6. Nope, that is it... no more.

It is a masterpiece built by a master fabricator.

No that isn't a Mercury graphic/badge, the M is for Miller. The engine is a Pontiac flat 6 with custom speed parts.

The miller car has to be one of the best fabricated cars built for the lakes when it was originally constructed. I was lucky enough to have a chance to do a little work on the car about 6 years ago and the craftsmanship that was put in this car is extremely hard to match. The car looks stunning now that it is all finished, Great Job to the Ferguson family and the crew that helped bring this car back.

Jimmy Photos of that show are great i love all the detail shots

I hate to be a spoiler, but is all the plumbing period correct? No doubt this car is a work of art.

Thanks for posting! The detail shots are a real treat.

Did you take this many detail shots of the other cars?
Could this be the first installment of a series?:D
