Darn, I hate that I missed this, been out of town for a week..
My 50 was my first and only car to rewire, American Auto Wire was an easy install for me..
Some of you probably remember my thread "no turning back now" about my 1950 chevy coupe I was converting over to V-8 and automatic. Sold it back...
You guys paid way to much. 1968 I bought my first car, 1959 two door ford for $20.00. Drove it for 6 months, found a 1960 ford two door station...
Well, I went out today and bought a new Harley Fatboy to keep a smile on my face.
Well, looks like this thread is coming to an end. I had lost my motivation and put an ad on Craigslist. Sold it in just a couple of days to a car...
if ya look around, T-buckets are pretty cheap.... i picked this up last year for $8000, as it sets here. lots of chrome, chrome corvette rearend....
why not just call'm and ask how long it takes for them to get an order out?? and hopefully they'll tell ya the truth.

the drive train is long gone...
silk.. i didn't measure anything. just whacked off the old member wide enough for the trans to be pulled through without pulling the engine....

thanks.... i've had a case of the lazy's lately and havn't been in the shop for a couple of weeks, plus i wish it would warm up a little
i read the HAMB for motivation... doesn't always work, but it helps. hmmmm, now after reading this i might go out in the shop today for awhile...

now that's look'n pretty darn good to me.....
i just finished making a four guage panel for my 50' with 2" guages. i used a 2" h[IMG]ole saw and it fit perfectly..
