the rear chuck swop would be just a small part in the conversion, transmission would have to be swopped or some kind of adaptor for the tail...

the motor is held by its stationary shaft with a nut on both the inside and outside of the windshield frame. shaft looks long enough to get motor...
I looked up the gaskets. 25-32 are a different part number from 33-59. 55 and newer were open drive

if I remember right there is a pretty large wire running up the front of the fender . if the wire is not tucked up along the edge of the fender...
I just picked up a 327 that needs a new home. would go perfect with that tranny in your next one

back in the eighties, I worked for a restoration shop. we finished two cabriolets, a 1931 chevy and a 1931 ford. both full ground up restorations....
if you dismantle the original master you can mount a new dual master behind it and run a longer rod through the old master shell

I am not sure if the 31 axle is the same as my 33 but using the 37 [?] and later axles are easier to put the later , 51-54 chevy brakes and...
I love what they did with the head light bars.
I have never torqued them, but I make them TIGHT

tip may be closing up, keep the line from the machine as straight as possible and loosen up the feed rolled a little. better to have them slip...
the last time I installed one, the cotter pin would not go in unless you deleted the washer, which I didn't want to do. they had bored the hole...
with the so-cal kit were you able to get the outer bearing, washer, castle nut and cotter pin in?
