Ben D. transported this '53 Belvedere from TX to FL for me. Bought it for my wife. She was underwhelmed. Drove it a couple years and sold it. My son spotted it a few years later sitting outside a shop a few towns up from us. I couldn't believe it was the same car.

 

@Deuces I sure would like to find out more info on the black Galaxie. My next project If it is available.

You're right. I thought it was an Olds at first but the searches I found didn't look like one when I tried to confirm it.

 

Could be a Pontiac.

My good friend restored a 54 Meteor convertible a couple decades ago. The car fell into three pieces when he loaded it on a trailer. Anything is possible! I'd tackle it, but then again I've completed a few projects that should have had me committed.
