I suspected the Courier to be a 58 not for the tailights but the side trim.Courier had tailgates not shared with the other wagons.Ford carried over the 57 style gate probably for money reasons. It's a 58.

Yeah, it was a mystery to me. As Kool66 seems to indicate, though, with these "commercial cars," companies might occasionally cut some cost corners and repeat parts from an earlier year ("parts bin" concept). I didn't know for sure what the car was, which is why I asked.

These fellas seem to be posing for a publicity shot.
Looks as though they're manning a "chemical" unit.

These great shots are from a sweet site for the town of Mt. Pleasant,
Utah. God bless them; a nostalic and respectful window in time! THANKS!!! (mtpleasantpioneer.blogspot.com/2009_03_01_archive.html

Seems the side trim would have been one of the few things Ford changed from '57 to '58. It's FUN to examine the details on stuff like this! Good thread.

Could it be two cars in two different shots?
That happened in a movie with a 56 wagon once. One shot from the coroner shows one type and another is a different wagon model 56.
