It's OFFICIAL" the Association of California Car Clubs (ACCC) has finalized an agreement with ROD SHOWS promoter John Buck to host the "CLUBHOUSE" venue at the 2012 Sacramento Autorama, Feb. 17 thru 19th. The "Clubhouse" was orginally created under the Dan Cyr ownership in 2000 and was very successful for 5+ years but due to some event changes it has faded over the past few years! The CLUBHOUSE was the place to meet friends and do what car people do best & that's talk about our Collector Cars. So lets make this venue the best its ever been! It's time to get the Car Clubs back involved in the indoor car show scene again so I hope you'll get your club involved. In Re-creating the CLUBHOUSE, the ACCC & ROD SHOWS invite all recognized vehicle clubs and M/C clubs to participate. The CLUBHOUSE will be held in the 100,000 sq ft. PAVALION Bldg. at the Cal Expo State Fairgrounds, which was empty last year. This venue will be an added feature to all the other great Autorama attractions, venues and entertainment!! Remember a Sacramento area CAR CLUB started the Sacramento Autorama 62 years ago & 2012 is a great time to bring back all the car clubs in the very popular CLUBHOUSE venue!!
If your car club wants to be in the Autorama Clubhouse, you have until December 15 to get you registration in to Butch Gardner (his phone number is on the first attachment). All clubs are welcome so don't miss out.
Just a reminder from Butch that he would really like all your CLUBHOUSE paperwork to him NLT 15 dec. 2011. The deal he has w/Rod Shows is that he has to have everything to them right after New years as a total package. Just to let everyone know, the clubhouse sold out. That means there will be 200+ more cars this year than last year.
