your two cents on paint ideas 56 chevy truck

My 56 chevy pickup got hit in a hail storm in 06 and I haven't drove it more then five time sense. I plan on doing the finish in flat clear I would just like color ideas or photos of 55 to 59 trucks. I WILL NOT COPY Thanks

Candy wineberry over a silver base, but then again I'm kind of biased about that.....

Any candy over pearl white looks great under a satin clear.

That is a nice truck .I think its too nice for suede .I would try and fix the hail damage and repaint it .One of the nicest looking 55-59 Chevy trucks i've seen in a while...

I'd go back with the paint you have now. It's a good looking truck and the look looks sorted out. Suede works on alot of vehicles and looks cool but if your not doing a bunch of body mods I'd leave it shiny black. Cool man. My two and half cents.
