I work until I drop, no leaving until 30 minutes after any hotwork, clean-up 1st. thing next day. I work alone and like it that way. I have lounge and satillitte TV to kill time (grin).

My shop is big (30x50) but I do have way too much "stuff" in it. I found that every once in awhile I need to spend the day just picking up stuff or rearranging. It will be a lot better when all the extra stuff gets it's own building (4 motorcycles, bicycles, lawn mowers, yard tools, wood working crap, etc.) , but I know I'll just fill it with more car stuff then!

couldn't have said it better myself!!! My shop is organized & clean so I don't waste time looking for stuff + I am anal about saftey. i clean up after every garage outing, cross things off or add to my "To Do" list so I can start fresh next time I walk in. I get hammered alot from buddies but I always know where my shit is, maybe thats why the come to my place to work on stuff?

I think all the photos of these clean floors are FAKE, I think they just pushed all the crap to one end of the garage and squeezed in from of the pile to take the picture :D:D:D:D:D:D

  14. I keep things pretty clean and organized on the floor, sweep up most days, but my bench always becomes a clusterf*!#. Then it takes an hour or two to reclaim 80% of it's surface.
