I’ve been a Tri-Chevy fan as long as I can remember. I wouldn’t walk across the street for a free ‘57 Fairlane but I love those 300’s!
    Sorry about the thread hi-jack.

LOL my buddy told me that my truck was on the cover of a magazine one time and if you looked real close you could see a corner of the roof and windshield peeking out behind the car that was behind the car that they had used the photo of from an event. Told him that that didn't count.

Never had one on or in a magazine, but my OT Maverick was the featured car of the month on another web site.

that song took on a whole new meaning when my car showed up on the cover. And I bought a copy for my mother.

Not on the cover, but my OT Hot Rod got a 6 page feature in Car Craft Magazine about 10 years ago. It was a rewarding experience, I grew up reading every car rag I could get my hands on and dreaming of someday having a cool car of my own. Hopefully it helped to fuel someone else’s automotive dreams and desires, then the cycle will have gone full circle...

  11. Besides the two covers Taboo has had two other multi page features. The car was supposed to do another photoshoot for another magazine last month, but the wildfire smoke has postponed it.

My 50 Chevy pickup had a three page color spread and the top of the cover of Ol Skool Rodz back in 2005. Back then the magazine was looked down on by a lot of the old HAMB members. I have some copies of the issue at home, but here's a shot of the cover.

My old T was in a Japanese mag 20 years ago. The photographer hung on to the roll bar with one hand, while holding the camera in the other as I drove along. My limited Japanese language skills meant I wasn't sure if he was shouting to me to slow down, or speed up. He never fell off, so all ended well!

About ten years ago I also had my ' Space Cadet' Model A in a 'Dirty Magazine'!
