You may not post attachments

Hi,

I've posted attachments many times but when I went to do it today I didn't have the attachment option and at the bottom of the window under "posting rules" it says "You may not post attachments". Wondering why? Is there a disk quota or something like that? I searched this forum but couldn't find anything
