Well You may notice my posts are gone, one of the Judges rulings was that I had to remove all references to the case on any mass media site that I am associated with. I was also ordered not to share anymore so this post may actually be illegal !!!???!!!

The judge probably knows about our message board and what he actually said is that you should "refrain from using this dumbass media."

 

It's a she, and she is a hardass with no sense of humor !

Good point about the First Amendment.

It says... "speech" -- "shall not be abridged"...

Does not say a thing about... "unless your are in a trial".

 

American Justice? scared of the mass media...?? IRS can't cover it's arse when held up for public scrutiny!! Maybe that's what the original guy who caused all this is trying to tell the government?? Sort of proves his case???? At least gives it some weight!!

I just hope that the removal is part of a deal to give his stuff back ! Why else would one comply?

Well this will probably my last post on this thread. It is official Judge Shelia Moore has handed down her ruling ... here is the short version.

I am not getting any of my stuff back !!! Basically she says I know what I was doing, I knew Daniel was doing something illegal and by leaving my stuff in his care I knew the consequences of my actions !!!

At least she left me with a lovely parting gift, a restraining and non-contact order that says I can not be within 500 feet of the property during the auction and can not be in contact with anyone at the auction or have a proxy bidder at the auction. Violation of the order carries a punishment of $25,000 and 5 years in jail !!!

Obviously, as a judge, she knows what you were thinking better than you do, right?
Nor could it conceivably be that you felt whatever he was doing was his own business, not yours.

Or could it be that same old motivation of the enforcement arms of our (more and more oppressive) government ........ fiscal "gotcha"ism.
