    Look Dick, I know I said I'd hold my breath 'til you were finished but damn, dude that was last year, you know? :p

    Looking forward to adding the Chev to the mix in August. :cool:

    Well as of this afternoon I now have my headers made..Will finish welding them tomarrow.. They look Hokey, But I think they are functional....No!! you don't want to see photos of them...

    To tell ya the truth, I really don't care for these too much.. I'll build something better in the winter months. These were built with what material I had. The next ones will be bent from one piece each. and better flanges to.....

    They look right with the period and will sound great.

    "Grinding the welds, polish, and coating..." Me thinks you are building a show car, not an HA/GR.:p

    The car looks great Dick, you can be proud of it.

    :D Bob, I nearly suffocated laughing at that one. Having spent 63 years with the name I get very few original ones any more ........ :D

    The only dyno that car will ever see is on my right foot,,,And NO, I'm not building a show car, Just want it to look decent.. All these full aluminum body cars are for the show..Mine is just for a little fun.....

    It hasn't happened yet. Darn Darn Darn,, (In my best Herman Munster Voice) Seems I need some carb parts. Found some of them this Morn..Most places don't seem to be much interested in 94 parts..I'll be busting butt this weekend for sure.....Dick M

    It Runs, It Runs..Fired it up tonight . Still needs some tune on it, But at least it runs.. The next project after some tuneing.. Burnout time..YIPEEEEEEEEEEEE...Eagle Field here we come.....

    Thanks Guys... We did some more work on it today, Usual leaks etc. fixed. Fired it up and let it run on fast idle, To break in the cam and rings. I put a large fan in front of the car..It never got over 185 degrees.. Bob, That motor driven water pump worked+...Can't work on it tomarrow, But I sure will be on Monday

    Congratulations Dick!! Looking forward to seeing it all together. You got yours done before ours ever had a chance to leak fluids.:D

    Hope to have ours ready for next year. Just need to get my ass in gear and make some progress.
