Bendtsens sells them for $875. When I bought theirs for a Buick straight 8 to chevy trans I got 2 heavy steel plates, flex plate, crankshaft adapter, hi torque mini starter and all bolts. All of it was included in the kit. I bought a flywheel and they included the pilot bearing and correct TO bearing for a diaphragm pressure plate. Excellent quality!

Wilcap also has a kit at $650.00 less starter motor. Add another $145.00
    Here's the Bendtsens kit.
One kit appears to be steel whilst the other is aluminum.

I went with a Ford C4 behind my y block because of the compact size of it.

Sounds like silent Rick is looking to put a 200r4 behind his y or he would be not asking for a GM adapter

I like the idea of a 200r4 behind a Y-Block. Not the most common swap, but it makes sense unless you want ancient cast iron automatic. The C4 is a not bad idea at all either. I personally never cared for the way Ford achieved lock up on their AOD transmission. I'd look at either the Wilcap, or Bendtson for this set up.

Well then if those are my choices then the T&C 4-speed would have to be it!
Have fun, let us know what you end up doing...
