Y-block folks, is this a OK deal?

edelbrock 573 manifold, linkage, 3 stromberg 97s, Al waterneck (NOS) and 3 kits.

$550.

manifold is in nice condition, carbs are free and rebuildable, large logo.

 

Break it down and it looks good.

Three carbs with kits $125 to $150 each. Manifold $200 to $250. Already have your $550 covered and still have the linkage and water neck.

The prices that I used would be based off of E-bay and what I have been paying.

thanks man, I was rationalizing it in just that way.

a repaired 573 sold for $330 last week on ebay. 573 with ford carbs, linkage and a fuel log sold for $745.

so yeah, should be OK.

I picked up an Edelbrock intake, 3 Holleys, and an Offy linkage for $314 off ebay - shipped to my door.

Your deal sounds pretty good too.
