would you replace 302 with 352?

Not no.....but....... HELL NO!

 

NO WAY!! A 352 is a dog. A 272 or a 292. much much better engines. Lose the boat anchor! Stay with the 302, excellent motor. Frank R

I agree. Im of the opinion that if ford had came out with the FE in 1954 instead of the Y block. tri five chevys wouldnt be as popular as thay are. Back in the day I always pulled out the rear main leaking dry rocker arm blowby puffing Y blocks and swapped in a FE. Even a 2 bbl 352 with a stick would out run a 312 4bbl and get better gas milage when doing it.
