I just fingered out how to do an Avatar.....WOO HOO!! Ok give me a break I am pretty computor dumb.....
Do you have windows XP?.....if you do just download this http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx when it finishes installing all you have to do is follow these steps... 1~go to your pics 2~open the desired pic 3~left click on pic 4~click resize pictures 5~new box opens....push advance button 6~click custom box....set size to 80 x 80 7~go back to original pic gallery...your new 80 x 80 ready for Avatar pic is ready....just upload to HAMB Easy as Pie!
Cool, I just took one of the pics I had of the front of my car, cropped, then resized using MS Paint (sucks). Nice avatar, I was wondering if your handle referred to that comic.

Hey Redmeat---Thanks for the post. You can accomplish the same thing without the download by right clicking on the picture, select edit, them select "image" from the toolbar, then select "sketch/skew", then type in a percentage value, then select "image"-then "attributes" to see if the percentage you entered made it small enough to post------a lot of screwing around. Your download simplifies it a lot. Yesterday I did learn how to "crop" a drawing and cut away all the unwanted background, thus only leaving the important part of the picture.---Here are 2 examples, one cropped and one uncropped.---Brian
