Technical Wondering if this is happening in any other part of the USA & world ??

I know a guy who's son put his home up for rent and rented it to a dozen people and when the time came to move in he was still living in it. Of course the first and last month's rent along with the security deposit was gone, spent on meth, but all of these people had no place to live. So the kid goes to jail and gets out when ever and within a week is doing the very same thing. This has been going off and on for fifteen years.
Apparently the system hasn't learned a damn thing.

 

I once worked with a guy that had been service manager at an Olds, Cadillac dealership. A local lawyer had bought a new Olds, drove it for a couple years when it died. got it towed in, checked over & found that it still had the original oil filter. Never had an oil change. No warranty! The lawyer bitched long & hard, The dealership finally got the ok from GM & he got a new engine. The word was out all over town after that & the lawyer had a hard time getting great service everywhere.
