Yep...hang on a minute...got it here somewhere. Ah, here we are. Right. This is a spec that's come from HAMBer '4-Port Riley'. He (Jim Brierley) is a banger-cam grinder extraordinaire. I'm running one of his SU1R grinds and it's fab. The 1A has 285 duration & 362 lift. Set the intake and exhaust valves at .010 and it's classed as a 'good competition cam'. It doens't mention what the idle is like, but I can imagine it to be fairly ropey. You probably want an engine that revs fairly high to really get the benefit from the cam. For what it's worth, the 1R has 266 duration and 350 lift, has a very good idle and is great for the street with a decent head, carb and header. Don't forget to increase your spring pressure to around 60lbs if you're using such a cam. EDIT: Just seen man-a-fre's post appear whilst I was looking for my data sheets. Seems like there is a bit of a difference in stats. Maybe somebody else can confirm the 1A specs. I guess it may be somewhere in between the two.

I've heard there are many variations of the Winfield cams. I've talked to several cam grinders and they've given me different spec's for supposedly the same cam.
Call Isky (I asked that question, on ask the masters on the JJ) he has all the masters. Or call Crower he has them too.
