    Picking up on the dash plaque thread, who still has event window participant cards? Disclaimer: I wasn't there at this particular event, but my Uncle was with the '37 I now own. He kept everything.

  5. My uncle kept his from the first 1950 Sacramento Autorama put on by the Capital Auto Club's Thunderbolts. And his roadster entry with the belly pan Dick Bertolucci made - that they wouldn't let him run in the roadster class at Bonneville with it on.     I got into drag racing first, so I saved time slips...hundreds of them, hand written on business cards, circa 40 years ago

    I keep them in a scrapbook with pics of the event, dash plaques, registration confirmations, etc. dates back to 2003 when I retired & got back in to hot rodding
