Just keep trying once a day. I understand it's almost a one man operation at times.

You aren't calling a big company with receptionists, etc. Bob and I think one other guy are it, so he may be working out back when you call.

Bob runs one of the true good operations in this business. Always helpful and will go way out of his way to do whatever to please a customer. Plus, he makes some great products. Bob is a good ole boy in the best sense.

Just keep trying. I just called his number and got his voice mail, it is evidentlly unclogged now, so just leave a number. He always calls me back.

I'll keep trying. The lady tells me the mail is full still.

Found someone on here gracious enough to get Bob my number. 2 weeks later, no contact. Business is either real good or not important. I sure could use $1k extra in my pocket. Moving on.
