Will 64 grand prix grill fit catalina?

I have a 64 catalina and while looking for a grill came across a 64 grand prix grill. The sheet metal looks identical on both cars in photos, but does anyone remember if the grills are interchangeable?

dont worry, i have the answer - they are not interchangeable. The panels below and behind are different

 

no bolt in! but you can make it fit gotta welder? no bolts never held up PLOWBOY!

 

I'm pretty sure the Gran Prix grille will go in the hole, but don't remember about mounting. I've had a '64 Catalina 'vert for nearly 25 years and had the front end apart more times than I can count. I parted out a Gran Prix a few years ago and kept the grilles to sell, but don't remember about how the other panels might be different. I'm betting the Gran Prix grille will go in and will use the holes on the sides to the fenders and the center "nose" piece.
