First, lemme say that this is one of the reasons I love the HAMB...I been around for a bit and have never seen this thread...totally awesome....

Second thing I will say that it is threads like these that prove I am a blithering idiot and likely should give up the hobby at my total inaptitude....and here I thought my run of the mill 3 deuce set up was cool.....:)

Neat stuff in here for sure.

I was really surprised to see this old thread pop up again.
It's like an antique hot rod...around for along time to be appreciated.

Oh man...that is the first time I have seen it all together...that is beautifull. I spot maybe one or two things on that whole engine that you can actually just bolt on. The whole rest of the engine is earned the hard way.

    Nice work, -Abone.

Heres the setup on Steve Grimes' rear-steered 27 ford. car's not really my style, but motor set up is kinda neat.

Please do not enter my garage or touch my hot rods. This was an antique.

  22. My junk is thill there so you did alright. :D

    Flattie,
Thanks, we put one on an OT car that is actually refrigerated like with a pump and condensor. Yours looks a lot like it.

I like the idea of ice water a lot better. Even on a streeter you could go a long ways with a good ice chest.

I am with jeff on this one it is a real slick mill.

Thought I would share some pics of my blown (6-71) - mechanical injected - quadruple turbocharged Sanger flatbottom. I was originally building this set-up to go 310 at Bonneville but I got sick and was told by the docs I didn't have much time left . . . so I said screw it, and did what I always wanted to do . . . prove super-turbocharging works, so I put it all in the boat. I tow it (sometimes) with my 1954 Hudson Hornet, and showed the boat at the 2012 Sacramento Autorama . . . and yes, it runs.
