First thing I would do is get the buffer out, I love the retractable roof.

  2. After studying the lines of the car I'm not liking the choices given. Steelies maybe but if it were me I'd play up the Jetsons roof lines and retractable roof with some Starburst caps with a 1.5" WW. Since this is for Jane Jetson the paint scheme needs something with a starburst pinstriped candy scallop to go with a same Jetsons theme also. This would be a cool one for Zombie to draw.

I would go gloss black, keep all the trim. Black wheels too.
    Or, whatever she wants!

Great car. Love the satin red idea, especially if you're thinking a deeper, garnet kind of red. I'd keep all of the trim and the roof rack, Ok the side badges behind the front wheels could go. If you like the bling I think supremes with 1" whites would be right on. But if you are staying with the OE interior color then I would try the interior color on some steelies and on the side trim where it is presently black.

Please don't show this long-roof to my wife. She'll want one because your wife got one and my car will never get another new part again.

When you pull that carb. to rebuild, take a look at the way the intake is built. You can make it a 4bbl. manifold very easily and run a 600 eddi. on that 259.

That thing is sweet. A two tone paint job with some good colors would be awesome. Get these photoshop guys to do some wheel swapping for ya, then you'll know which direction to go!

No white walls!! No big inch wheels please!

  13. Ive seen a few of those for sale over the years, but never one as decent at that, or at that price.

I like the idea of something shiny in a wheel with some thin whites. Have you buffed on the car at all to see how well the paint will come back?

Nice car, even better price. I almost wished I had bought a wagon instead of my coupe. Oh well next time.
Anyway I say go for Mopar cop wheels and poverty caps or maybe Stude dog dish caps if they fit. Like the coupe below. Wide whites only if you must.
