Why do I see adds on the Jalopy Journal?

I click on Jalopy journal to read a thread and I see ad's for police lights and cheap trucks for seniors, what's up with that? HRP

 

Are you signed in? When I am not signed in I get ads.

You might try to sign out then sign-in again.

If that doesn't work, then I'd try to delete the Hamb app and then download it again.

Have you tried using a different browser to see if it acts any differently. Couldn't hurt to clear cookies, cache and browser history if you haven't done so recently. Might check to see if there's any updates available for whatever browser(s) you're using.

Do you ever run any anti-spyware/malware scans?

 

I've done everything I know how to do, I've deleted cache and cookies, I've loged off and back own even tried a differen't browser, I've ran system mechanic and nothing seem to help.

I'll get my teenage granddaughter on this tomorrow, I'm sure she can figure out what's going on. HRP

Download a program called Malwarebytes. Run it and it should find your problem. AdAware and Spybot are also good. All are free downloads, google them.

Your granddaughter will definitely figure it out . My 7yr. old grandson fixes my I phone when I have problems. What happened to us baby boomers and all this new fangled technology?
