Who's got military NDT tires on their old pickup truck?

Anyone running those old military NDT tires?

I have them on my cj2a. Good off-road and on dry roads. They are like slicks in the rain.

 

I’ve got them on my 3b, they work fine, but I’m also never over 50 mph.

 

A friend of mine has them in his military keep.
They seem fine on dry pavement and not very noisy.

 

Not that it would stop me from running them, but are they legal for highway use?
