Hot Rods Who is the boat tail owner?

I saw this on the road yesterday (hwy 840 near Nashville, TN). Anybody we know?

It looked like nice work.

 

only an owner of a skiff body, would see that on the road. does look like nice work.

 

I wish I would have had the time to try and stop the guy and ask questions. I damn near ran off the road getting these shots.

It looks like the steel panel in the car is a splash pan/rear valance panel.

 

BTT....Anybody recognize the project?
