Still have my first car. I call it a cold rod, unless it is really hot out, there is nothing hot about my 39. Possibly the longest project around, hope to have it finished in the next 34 years.

Not one of my "HAMB" cars, but I've owned my 65 GTO drop top since '81 -

Bought my roadster body in 1956 from a junk yard for $12.50 in 1956. Bought a model frame for $15.00. Built it with a 1941 Ford truck engine. had numerous engines in it until I got married in 1961. I hope to get it on the road this summer. Completely went another route; 32 frame, 327, 9" . Either I get running this year or?

Wow! It is really great to see so many old people hold onto some cool rides. Congratulations. I have had my avatar for 42 years and my son will inherit this.

Well, I am throughing my ole 29 hiboy into this. I have owned it for 27 years now and still like it as much today, if not more, as I did when I first got it. It's the one in my avatar. I've had some great adventures in it and plan on enjoying it for year to come.

  13. 53 years now, between my bro and me. Sold it to him in '68 when I went to the South Pacific, bought it back in '76 a bit worse for wear. Avatar pic was taken the day we brought it home in '60.
