Who Built This Car?

Seen at Bonneville.

This car and at least 4 others of the same quality, style down to very similar features and era specific, performance components were all at the West Wendover MacDonalds on Monday morning.

There has to be a common builder. Can someone identify who this person or company is?

Tom Christian's car, and I think he's the builder. IIRC he's in Nevada.

There was an article in Rod & Custom a couple years back with like 4 lakes style hot rods, and I think this is one of them. They're all from the Reno area I think. All 4 of them looked cool. Very period to the style and accurate.
