They must have been cool in the late '50s and early '60s because as you can see I painted some of the AMT models I built that way. They look like a bunch of ''
barn finds'' now.
I've gone through this thread a couple of times. The white Walls really help the fireWalls stand out.
Eventually when I break down and paint the old beater,or just get energetic I plan to paint the firewall Wimbledon white like my old truck. HRP
Dropped the body on today. Not sorry I did a white firewall.
i need an opinion. my 48 plymouth has the same type of firewall/cowl as this picture. what would look better white paint up to the pinch weld like this or all the way up to the hood/cowl parting line?
