Heres my T bod as found. i bought it from a 90 year old man out of his barn. a year goes by & a guy i see around at some car shows or swaps says to me i think you bought a car of mine. i said oh yeah, which one was that? he says an old T coupe i had stored out in the country at a farm! he said he stored it there years ago & just kind of forgot about it. i bought it from the ol man & he said he used to drive it around. i asked if he wanted it back & he said NAAA you keep it (since i paid for it) --- i thought that was kind of a funky deal. :D

  2. This was the day I got it, it's a '26 according to the title and chassis numbers (yes, some Model T's DID have frame numbers)
and it now has the remains of a TCI Model A chassis bought off the HAMB, Chevy V-6/TH350/V-8 Maverick rear combo. The body is really nice, and I don't have the heart to chop it...gonna be full-fendered, as well, I live where 80 inches of rain a year is considered normal, and I want to DRIVE this sucker when it's done.

Gee! I went to bed last night secure in the fact I belonged to the ultimate club in the world, The HAMB Deuce club. Now I find I can join two more EXCLUSIVE groups. I bought a restored '26 roadster this last summer so I'm in there also. Now comes the topper. Roothawg has got this "Unfinished piles of Crap" group forming and I've actually got more membership material for this club than the others. Looks like my T-shirt drawer is about to be restocked. Hope they don't schedule meetings on conflicting nights and test my loyality.
Note to 3w Larry: My alligence will always be to your group. Afterall, when your at the top, why settle for second best, right?

  14. Got this, with turtle deck, 32 rails and shell, Hal QC, with either a banger or flattie, like the Walling car. Or track style with belly pan and track nose, like Just Dug's.

    Decisions, decisions.

Thanks RS... Good call on the steering wheel. Actually I picked up a grant black 3 spoke and then flipped the lame wheel on e-bay for more than I paid for the grant.

    SAM-
that's the exact stance I'm looking to set mie at, the frame has been kicked up 12" in the raer(well more like 11-11.5") and the front has been swept up 4-5",.....going with a straight front axle instead of a dropped one,...don't want it too low!!

Hi JW, thanks I am glad you like it.
I was just looking for a little more leg room.

Your RPU looks to be a real comfortable ride.

Maybe Franko will let me park by him.
