Iam looking for options for a compact non boost master cylinder, I would prefer a dual system. I heard the mopar B + C Bodies had compact mc's.

Just go to your local parts store and ask to look at some.

However, it is important that your system all works together. You need to have the correct pedal ratio, the proper size of bore on the master cylinder all compared to the wheel cylinders you use. The Master cylinder needs to match the type of brakes you use also. Dual chamber ones will have equal sizes for disc/disc or drum/drum, and two different size chambers for disc/drum set-ups.

If you use a mix-match system, you might get lucky, you might not. You could end up with: a very very hard to push pedal, a soft squishy feel pedal, a pedal that travels too far and you never get full brakes, a too touchy pedal that locks up the brakes if you barely touch it.

Deffinitly do some research, and dont buy used shit from a junk yard. Its not worth the $50 youll save when it comes to brakes. Master cylinders only cost $70-90 Bucks tops vs the $20 youll spend on used.

Basically, Im trying to say, if you had already researched this, you probably wouldnt even be asking as you would have a guidlines and typically what fits what idea already.

Im sorry to have answered your question with problems.

Here is a few links to start yo uin the right directions. Also, do a search here and the RRT for past brake questions. There is a ton of info alredy on here with what has worked well, and help questions when they dont work together.
