Ok guys, I have a little question for you all. I am building a 350/350 combo but not sure which flywheel/starter to use. The engine is a 95 block with center bolt heads an the transmission is a 80's model th350. What is the correct flywheel to use in this situation. this is the first 86-96 style block I have ever used, everything I have ever used in many previous builds has been 70 ' s and older. Thanks you in advance.
Probably depends if you're using an automatic or standard transmission But either way, you probably want to use one for that year engine, from a truck or a Camaro. Get the starter that matches. And the correct starter bolts.
My 93 5.7 takes a gear reduction starter, not sure if that will matter to you but it may make a difference.
I am going automatic. What has me confused is that when I look at the flywheel for a 95 engine it ask if it is a 4l60e or a 4l80.
