Got accepted for the HAMB drags. Haven't done the final registration yet.
Got a 56 Chevy gasser style. It's not really a street car, but far from a real bad ass race car.
I've been running 1/8th mile around here and getting close to the 8.0 mark, which should put me at about 12 seconds in the quarter.

Anybody got a thought on if I should go for Gas C/S or Comp C/S?

    Thanks!

If you drive it to the drags, do gas coupe/sedan. If it is on a trailer, comp. That is a totally made up set of guidelines that come from no place really, it is just kind of always where I draw the line.

Nebraska isn't very far, you should drive that old Chevvie and go for the Ya-hoo Cup.

    See ya,-Abone.

Rules are pretty simple. If it is a dedicated race car, it is comp. If it is a street car, then it is a gasser.
