We'll see.....I'm planning to head up to SIR around 5 in my 55, but if the weather looks as bad as I expect it to, I might not make it.

I don't know what tomorrows plan is yet. I suppose I could take my truck up there...

I made it to the races and back home, no rain at all. I guess the rain and wind was pretty nasty in Tucson in the afternoon, power lines down etc.

I'll see if I feel like driving back up there Sunday...that's today I guess, it's 12:08. Maybe I'll swap the 2.75s back into the 55 in the morning?

  10. well im goin up. lets have some fun. take the DD if you dont wanna drice in the rain

  14. How are things at SIR?

How late do they run in the summer?

    How was the car count?

Drags in Phoenix are definately up in the air. Both tracks are in 'iffy' mode and hoping things get better.

    thanks

Not much turnout. We left around 10. The weather probably scared people off, though. I hadn't been up there for almost a year. I should go more often...

I'm about ready to head out too.

I'm pretty close, but I need to go to the Ace down the street first.

I'll be in my blue '73 Capri.

    Sorry I missed it.
A/C in the house went out and I spent alot of money and time before the sun set.
I'll go at some point in the near future. See ya at Little Anthony's. Or something.

It was good also puts a name to a face too. And I think if we could get more of us together it would be cool. Maybe next up should be cars in the park, have a big meet up there.

  28. im game for cars in the park, my goal is to have my 50 on the road by them. although theres a '52 pontiac for sale on craigslist for $3500 then $3000 and right now he wants 2500 bucks. wish i was made of money

If any body knows of a running 223 or 292 Ford I'd be glad to swap a 63, 401 that spins for it. That'll get my Galaxie/Country Sedan goin.
Otherwise its O/T dorkiness for me.
